Get Momentum Going
This 3-session program is recommended for clients with issues/goals that are single-faceted, current, and measurable. Such as upsets around a specific situation, test anxiety, phobias, building momentum toward a specific goal, etc.
First session is 1.5 hours, subsequent sessions are 1.0 hour.
Create Deeper Change
A 6-session program for more complex, deeper/multi-layered issues. Such as letting go of the past, low self-esteem, changing life-long patterns, anxiety, negativity, worry, depression, procrastination, perfectionism, weight issues, etc.
First session is 1.5 hours. Subsequent sessions are 1.0 hour.
